Support & Technical Assistance
Large language models now provide broad, up-to-date knowledge covering the nuances of many printers, firmware variants, and slicer behaviors. For general configuration questions or printer-specific tuning, these resources can often provide faster answers than direct support.
Lazarus itself is intentionally simple: the underlying logic is straightforward math applied to the data you provide. When correct inputs are supplied, the outputs are consistent and predictable.
That said, some printers, firmware builds, or slicer configurations may reference Z positioning, layers, or offsets in slightly different ways than the common cases already supported. If you encounter behavior that does not align with documented results:
- Please include the relevant G-code output in your message
- Note the firmware (Klipper, Marlin, etc.) and slicer used
- Describe the discrepancy clearly
If your configuration represents a legitimate edge case, it helps improve compatibility for everyone. Verified differences are evaluated and, when appropriate, incorporated into future updates.
If you have already exhausted general resources or external guidance and believe the issue is specific to Lazarus or its interpretation of your G-code, feel free to include the relevant portions. These cases will be reviewed directly.
