<๐ก Tips, Tricks & Things to Keep in Mind
โ๏ธ Lazarus’ accuracy depends on two things: accurate print height measurement and precise layer height in your slicer.
โ Perfection Tip: Measure your print height with a tolerance that matches your layer height (e.g., 0.2mm). Most calipers are accurate enough.
โ ๏ธ Initial Layer Warning: If you’re using a different height for the first layer, subtract that difference from your measured print height and use the result.
๐งช Practice First: Try your reorientation method with an empty bed first. Learn your printer’s homing behavior and record where it parks on stop vs. finish.
๐ Advanced Users: If you’re confident with motion controls, you can manually home X/Y, move above the failed print, and gently drop Z to match the top of the failed part. Be sure to raise Z before resuming.
